Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnBlitz website and any web design, development, or hosting services ("Services") provided by OnBlitz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide custom website design, development, and optional managed hosting. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on the quote builder or a written proposal. Estimates provided through the quote builder are approximations — final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
3. Payments
We require a 50% deposit before beginning work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final site. Hosting fees are billed annually in advance. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as described in our cancellation policy below.
4. Project Process
After receiving your deposit, we will deliver an initial draft within the timeframe specified in your proposal (typically 5–7 business days, or 3 business days for rush delivery). You will have the opportunity to request revisions as outlined in your selected plan. We reserve the right to adjust timelines if project scope changes significantly.
5. Revisions
The Essential plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. The Complete plan includes unlimited revisions. A "revision" is defined as a set of changes submitted together. Revisions that substantially change the project scope, structure, or design direction may be quoted as additional work.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all rights to the custom design and code we create for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and examples unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership of any content, logos, or assets you provide to us.
7. Hosting
Managed hosting is an optional add-on billed at $300/year. We provide CDN delivery, SSL certificates, automated daily backups, uptime monitoring, and domain configuration assistance. Hosting can be canceled at any time — we will provide your site files for migration. Refunds for hosting are prorated to the remaining months in your billing period.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. If canceled before the initial draft is delivered, we will refund 50% of the deposit. If canceled after the draft is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable. We may cancel a project if we determine the scope is not something we can deliver — in that case, we will issue a full refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
