Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnBlitz website and any web design, development, or hosting services ("Services") provided by OnBlitz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.

OnBlitz operates from Longview, Texas. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from our Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

2. Services

We provide custom website design, development, and optional managed hosting. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on the quote builder or a written proposal. Estimates provided through the quote builder are approximations - final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

3. Payments

No deposit is required. We build your site first, you see it, and payment is due in full before it goes live on your own web address. Until then there is nothing to pay and nothing to lose. Hosting and SEO plans are billed monthly in advance and begin once your site is live.

4. Project Process

Once we have what we need from you, we will deliver an initial draft within the timeframe specified in your proposal (typically 5 to 7 business days, or 3 business days for rush delivery). You will have the opportunity to request revisions as outlined in your selected plan. We reserve the right to adjust timelines if project scope changes significantly.

5. Revisions

Changes are unlimited and free while your site is in review, before it goes live. There is no cap and no charge at that stage. Once the site is live, changes are quoted as additional work, or covered by a monthly plan if you are on one. Changes that substantially alter the agreed scope, structure or design direction may be quoted separately at any stage.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of payment, you own all rights to the custom design and code we create for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and examples unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership of any content, logos, or assets you provide to us.

7. Hosting

Every build includes the first 12 months of hosting at no additional charge. After that first year, hosting is an optional monthly service: Hosting at $50/month, Hosting + SEO at $100/month, or Hosting + SEO + Ads at $200/month. We provide CDN delivery, SSL certificates, automated daily backups, uptime monitoring, and domain configuration assistance. On plans that include advertising, any advertising spend is billed to you directly by the advertising platform and is not included in the monthly fee. Hosting can be canceled at any time - we will provide your site files for migration. Refunds for hosting are prorated to the remaining months in your billing period.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your site goes live, at no cost. Because payment is not due until go-live, there is nothing to refund and you owe nothing. The site simply does not go live and remains ours. Once payment has been made and the site is live, the project is complete and the fee is non-refundable. We may also decline or end a project if the scope turns out to be something we cannot deliver well, again at no cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
