OnBlitz is an AI-powered social media content generation platform. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. OnBlitz provides tools to generate, organize, and schedule social media content for various platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use OnBlitz.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• OnBlitz offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

You agree not to use OnBlitz to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Produce spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform or its AI systems.
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
• Exceed usage limits or circumvent rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair OnBlitz.

Content generated through OnBlitz is yours to use for your business purposes. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may share similarities with content generated for other users. OnBlitz does not claim ownership of your generated content.

The OnBlitz platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of OnBlitz and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

OnBlitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, unique, or suitable for any specific purpose.

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.
• OnBlitz is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. OnBlitz may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of OnBlitz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
